The room was neat with bunk beds and had a work desk, multi-channel television and a coffeemaker. And the lighting was bright. The location was incredible, relatively close to University of Exeter.

It was in a central setting very close to Exeter St David's train station as well as city centre. Cafe Zukis Caffetteria located 1 km away was a nice surprise. Totally fab stay in a cosy family fun hotel.

We had a brilliant experience here. We liked the nice furniture and secure location. There was a continental breakfast, it included coffee and eggs. Everything was immaculate during our stay nonetheless disappointing aspect was rust bathroom. Modern interior, cosy restaurant.

Continental breakfast, local food, appalling staff. They made my stay outstanding. The room was magnificent with external bathroom and the view was luxurious. My wife really enjoyed the bed, it was very big and I slept like in a cloud. The pool was clean and I had relaxing drinks in the roof top bar.

All in all a suburban hotel and warm stay. Perfect check-in, very professional staff, stunning location. I loved a chic decor and vintage furniture. Amazing breakfast, excellent service. It was ideally located, easy to move around. Nice garden and good pool area.
